Hazards can be either physical, microbiological, biological or chemical agents of disease. Wastes that can cause health problems are human and animal feces, solid wastes, domestic wastewater , industrial wastes, and agricultural services are provided by a vast array of mostly local service providers under an often fragmented policy and regulatory framework.
